Zoi holds an MS in Strategic HRM from the Alba Graduate Business School of Athens and a BA in German Language and Literature from the National Kapodistrian University of Athens. Before joining D ONE, she worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at a global CX technology and services provider. Zoi also has extended professional experience in the fields of Quality Assurance, Customer Care, and Private Education. She has been with the team since 2024.
