Karolina holds an MSc in Chemistry from ETH Zurich, graduating with distinction, and brings hands-on experience applying machine learning to scientific and industrial challenges. Through her work at DataHow and as a visiting graduate researcher at MIT, she developed expertise in Bayesian optimization, time-series forecasting, and model interpretability for biopharma and digital chemistry use cases. Karolina specializes in translating complex experimental and process data into robust, deployable ML solutions, combining strong scientific rigor with practical engineering skills. She joined D ONE in 2026.
