Grant holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and a Dipl.-Ing. in Mechanical Engineering from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT). He is an experienced strategy and technology leader with over 15 years of experience driving go-to-market engines, strategic partnerships, and enterprise digital transformations. Prior to joining D ONE, he worked as a Director of Strategy, pioneering generative and agentic AI business transformations and ecosystem plays across various industries. Earlier in his career, he spent several years at Microsoft scaling global cloud accounts and led large-scale decentralization projects in manufacturing. Grant joined D ONE in 2026.
