Fabian holds an Executive Master in Business Administration (EMBA) from ESADE Business School and a Master of Science in Business and Process Management from ESB Business School. He is a proven go-to-market and enterprise sales leader with more than 12 years of experience driving strategic account growth and leading high-performing business units. Prior to joining D ONE, he worked as a Director for Microsoft AI and Cloud businesses, successfully launching startup-like growth engines and orchestrating large-scale developer AI adoption programs. Earlier in his career, he managed high-impact cloud migrations and multi-million-euro strategic partnerships at Microsoft and Hewlett Packard. Fabian joined D ONE in 2026.
