Nico holds a Doctor of Science in Machine Learning from ETH Zurich and a Master’s in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Cape Town. Before joining D ONE he was Lead Data Scientist at The Adecco Group, developing AI solutions, and a Postdoctoral Researcher at IBM Research, focusing on cognitive computing. Nico has been with the team since 2025.
