Alicia holds an EFZ diploma in Hotel Communication and has built a dynamic career across hospitality, event management, and team leadership. She brings extensive experience from prominent international hotel brands, including the end-to-end coordination of large-scale events for up to 300 guests, strategic operations, and team coordination. Alicia combines excellent communication and organizational skills with a structured, solution-oriented approach. She has been part of the Backbone team at D ONE since 2026.
