Kantonsspital Baden AG (KSB) has the mission to enhance infection prevention. For this, D ONE developed Isolde, a generative AI-powered chatbot, for KSB. Isolde streamlines hospital processes and efficiently answers standardized questions about isolation protocols. This saves time and improves accuracy.

D ONE developed Isolde for KSB to address recurring queries from hospital staff. Isolde provides quick, precise, and reproducible answers. It ensures each response aligns with internal guidelines and references original documents, enhancing users’ confidence.

Dr. Benedikt Wiggli, Lead Physician for Infectiology and Infection Prevention at KSB, won the 1st Prize in Innovation in Infection Prevention with Isolde at the Swiss Society for Hospital Hygiene’s annual meeting.
